Our client is a well-established and award-winning garden design and build firm, renowned for creating high-quality, bespoke outdoor spaces. Due to continued growth, they are seeking experienced Hard Landscapers to join their skilled and passionate team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Hard Landscaper, you will carry out a wide variety of landscaping tasks, including but not limited to:

• Blockwork & Brickwork

• Concreting

• Decking & Fencing

• General Groundworks

• Paving

• Raised Bed Construction

• Rendering & Retaining Walls

• Rotavating

• Setting Out

• Steps and Terraces

• Water Feature Installation

You’ll be working on a range of residential and commercial projects, ensuring all work meets the company’s high standards for quality and craftsmanship.

Person Specification

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced: Proven track record in hard landscaping with a strong portfolio of work

• Skilled: Competent in reading site plans, measuring, setting out, and operating tools and machinery

• Team-Oriented: Able to work effectively with others while also showing initiative

• Licensed: Full, clean UK driving licence – must be confident driving company vans

• Safety-Focused: Sound knowledge of Health & Safety procedures on site
